Job Description
- Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance and corporate claims.
- Reconcile AR claims accounts and resolve outstanding balances.
- Investigate and resolve claim rejections, denials, and short payments.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and third-party payers to ensure timely settlement.
- Maintain accurate records of claims status and correspondence.
- Prepare periodic AR claims reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare billing regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in AR claims accounting, preferably in healthcare/diagnostics.
- Strong knowledge of insurance claim processes and reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
