Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the marketing team.

Manage and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their goals and requirements.

Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the marketing team, including media buyers, graphic designers, content writers, and video editors.

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project delivery.

Organize project timelines, schedules, and workflows to maximize efficiency.

Review project deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.

Conduct regular follow-ups with team members and clients regarding project status and updates.

Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Ensure all marketing campaigns and deliverables are executed according to approved strategies and timelines.

Qualifications: Proven experience in Account Management, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing processes and marketing team functions.

Excellent communication, client management, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
