Job Description
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the graphic design and motion graphics teams to develop original and impactful concepts.
- Define and maintain the artistic direction for static designs, video content, and motion graphics.
- Oversee the production of promotional videos, explainers, animations, and social media motion graphics.
- Provide hands-on direction invideo editing, storyboarding, shot composition, and motion design.
- Ensure high-quality output and consistency in all video-related assets.
- Utilize advanced skills inAdobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion graphics toolsto guide the team and review their work.
- Implement best practices in animation, transitions, timing, visual rhythm, and storytelling.
- Integrate AI tools into workflows (e.g.,Runway, Kaiber, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly) to accelerate video creation, concept generation, and scene enhancement.
- Train the team on using AI tools responsibly while maintaining brand identity.
- Lead the creation and execution of advertising campaigns—static and video—ensuring visuals align with the marketing strategy.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure digital assets drive engagement and conversions.
- Maintain and evolve our apps' visual identity across all platforms.
- Ensure consistency across static designs, videos, animations, and interactive assets.
- Conduct structured reviews, critique sessions, and performance feedback to elevate the creative output.
- Build templates, guidelines, and workflows that improve speed and maintain quality standards.
- Stay up-to-date with global design, motion graphics, UI trends, and video advertising trends.
- Monitor competitors and extract visual insights that can be implemented or improved upon.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative direction.
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, developers).
- Ability to push creative boundaries while maintaining brand clarity.
