Job Description
- Search for the right companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Use AI tools, scraping tools and data enrichment platforms to find and collect leads.
- Research and evaluate lead quality before sharing them with the Sales Team.
- Support the Sales Team by providing qualified and relevant leads based on the agreed ICP.
- Suggest new ideas to improve and develop the ICP and targeting criteria.
- Explore new tools and methods to improve lead quality and lead-generation efficiency.
- Organize and update leads in the CRM.
Requirements & Qualifications
- IT / Computer Science / Information Systems or related background.
- Experience in B2B Lead Generation.
- Good experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience with web scraping, AI tools and lead enrichment tools.
- Good understanding of CRM systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate lead quality.
- Ability to suggest new ideas for improving ICP and lead quality.
