Beauty Advisors Supervisor

Supervise and manage Beauty Advisors across assigned stores.Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.Recruit, train, coach, and develop Beauty Advisors.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.Ensure all team members have comprehensive knowledge of products, benefits, and usage.Deliver product training sessions and sales coaching programs.Maintain high standards of customer service and brand representation.Prepare and submit periodic sales and performance reports.Coordinate with store management to ensure smooth operations and effective product promotion.

Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. / B.Sc. or equivalent).Previous experience in the cosmetics, beauty, skincare, or fragrance industry is essential.Proven experience in sales supervision, team management, or retail operations.Good command of English (written and spoken) is required.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications.Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and training skills.Ability to travel between stores when required.Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales objectives.
