Branch Manager (Port Saied)
Job Description
1.
Sales & Business DevelopmentExecute the branch sales plan to achieve and exceed assigned targets.Monitor performance of team leaders and medical representatives.Ensure proper execution of coverage plans for maximum market penetration.Identify new key accounts and expand client base within the territory.Develop sales potential of suppliers (principals) and drive growth.

Financial Management & ControlEnsure timely collection of invoices within the same month of sale.Manage client debts and resolve payment issues (e.g., bounced cheques).Monitor and control branch expenses with team leaders.Maintain accurate financial records and documentation cycle.
3.
Team Leadership & CommunicationCommunicate management instructions clearly (pricing, quotas, bonuses, etc.).Conduct regular checks to ensure proper understanding across the team.Coordinate with suppliers’ scientific offices to enhance product knowledge.Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
4.
Operations & Customer Relationship ManagementMonitor slow-moving and dead stock; support liquidation plans.Evaluate customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.Conduct visits to key clients to assess relationships and credit limits.Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer database.
5.
Field Presence & MonitoringMaintain daily presence across assigned branches as required.Conduct field visits to coach team members and monitor market conditions.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field (Pharmacy preferred).8–10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.Minimum 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Area Manager, Branch Manager).Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing P&L.Strong knowledge of Egyptian pharmaceutical market and EDA regulations.Strong network with pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare professionals is a plus.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
