Job Description
- Engage & Educate:Proactively approach retail shoppers, introduce our electric brush lineup, and explain the key health and lifestyle benefits over traditional manual alternatives.
- Live Product Demonstrations:Conduct interactive, hands-on product demos at our retail display stands (showing sonic vibration technology, pressure sensors, and brush modes).
- Drive Sales & Overcome Objections:Guide customers through their purchasing decision, handle price/value questions confidently, and close sales to exceed daily targets.
- Manage In-Store Displays:Ensure the sales counter, demo units, and promotional materials are spotless, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Customer Feedback:Share customer insights and floor trends with the Field Sales Manager to help refine sales pitches and marketing strategies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience (Must-Have):Minimum 1+ years of demonstrated success in retail, field sales, or direct customer promotions.
- Maximum Shift Flexibility:Fully comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Location Mobility:Willing and able to rotate across various mall and retail store locations within the city as assigned.
