Job Description
- Develop and execute the business unit strategy in line with the company's vision and objectives.
- Achieve sales, market share, and profitability targets while ensuring sustainable business growth.
- Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), customers, and strategic partners.
- Develop annual business plans, sales forecasts, and budgets, while monitoring business performance through KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in veterinary medicine, Science, or Pharmacy.
- MBA is a strong advantage.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experiencein the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 3 years of experienceas a Business Unit Manager.
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and exceeding commercial targets.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with outstanding business acumen.
- Excellent command of English.
