Job Description
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records.
- Review general ledger accounts and reconcile balances.
- Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis.
- Supervise daily accounting activities including:Accounts PayableAccounts ReceivableGeneral LedgerFixed AssetsCost Accounting
- Accounts Payable

- Cost Accounting
- Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions.
- Review journal entries and accounting adjustments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets.
- Ensure proper documentation and record retention.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance versus budget.
- Analyze variances and provide explanations.
- Supervise and guide accounting staff.
- Assign tasks and monitor performance.
- Provide training and technical support to team members.
- Ensure accurate preparation and submission of tax returns.
- Coordinate with tax advisors and government authorities.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Participate in improving accounting procedures and financial systems.
- Ensure proper use of ERP or accounting software.
- Support automation and process efficiency initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of accounting experience.
- At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience in manufacturing or production companies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
