Job Description
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting.
- Previous experience inReal Estate/ Development is A Must .
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, and accounting standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in GL , Cash Flow Management , Financial Reporting , cost accounting , external & internal audit ,ERP Systems and Budgeting &Forecasting .
Requirements & Qualifications
- -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, including experience in a Chief accounting role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Hands-on experience with customer and supplier settlements.
- Experience in Real Estate or Construction is A Must
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and leadership skills.
