Job Description
- Following up civil maintenance activities across the factory.
- Supervising ongoing and upcoming civil projects.
- Coordinating with contractors.
- Monitoring site progress, quality, and proper execution of works.
- Following up on multiple work locations simultaneously.
- Supporting in handling the increased workload and ensuring timely completion of activities.
- Annual Fulltime Contract is signed and renewed based on performance through Top Business Co.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction / civil works.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site activities.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and under project deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Good command of English.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, infrastructure, or large-scale construction projects.
- Experience in quantity surveying, BOQ, and contractor coordination.
- Knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools such as MS Project is an advantage.
- Familiarity with QA/QC procedures and construction documentation.
