Job Description
- Handle and monitor customs clearance activities for air and sea shipments.
- Prepare, review, and verify all required customs and shipping documents.
- Process and follow up on shipments through the Nafeza System.
- Handle CargoX operations, including document submission and tracking.
- Coordinate with customs brokers, shipping lines, airlines, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities.
- Follow up on customs declarations, inspections, approvals, and shipment release.
- Ensure all customs procedures comply with Egyptian customs regulations and requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in customs clearance.
- Good knowledge of Nafeza System for both air and sea shipments.
- Experience using CargoX and handling the required shipping documents.
- Good background in customs clearance procedures and regulations.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with logistics and customs-related systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
