Seasoned Leadership: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in civil construction and engineering roles, with a proven track record in a managerial capacity.Engineering Excellence: A robust background in Civil Engineering and Construction, demonstrating a deep understanding of engineering principles and best practices.Project Management : Exceptional skills in Project Management, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing complex civil projects.Financial & Contractual Savvy: Strong capabilities in Budget Management, Contract Negotiation, and cost control within a construction context.Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, vital for leading teams and engaging with diverse stakeholders.Strategic Thinker: A proactive approach to Problem Solving and Strategic Planning, anticipating challenges and developing effective solutions.
