Construction Manager

Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.Manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.Monitor project progress and resolve issues that may impact cost, quality, or schedule.Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders.Prepare progress reports and communicate project status to stakeholders.Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Coordinate material procurement and equipment availability.Approve invoices, track project costs, and control expenditures.Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation.Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction.

10+ years of experience in construction management or a similar role.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles.Experience managing commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar).Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.Knowledge of applicable building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
