Cost Control Engineer

You will work on-site, directly contributing to the successful delivery of complex projects within the Engineering

• Construction/Civil/Architecture and Project/Program Management sectors.

Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive cost control systems and procedures for various projects.Monitor and analyze project expenditures against approved budgets, identifying variances and potential risks.Prepare and present detailed cost reports, forecasts, and financial summaries to project stakeholders and senior management.Collaborate closely with project managers, procurement teams, and engineers to optimize resource allocation and identify cost-saving opportunities.Conduct thorough financial analysis, including earned value management, to assess project performance and provide actionable insights.Manage change orders and their impact on project costs and schedules, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.Contribute to risk management by identifying potential cost overruns and developing mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions related to cost and financial aspects.

Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Cost Control principles, advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (Privilege), and expert-level skills in Microsoft Office.
