- Receive calls and WhatsApp messages from dentists and register their orders
- Enter orders accurately on ourOdoosystem (Order Form)
- Verify order details (product – quantity – doctor's data – address)
- Follow up on orders and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams
- Respond to doctors' inquiries professionally and quickly
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum4 yearsexperience in data entry or customer service
- High accuracy and speed in data entry
- Previous experience withOdoo(or a similar ERP system) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
