Lead Generation & Performance MarketingPlan and execute paid media campaigns across:Meta (Facebook & Instagram)Google AdsManage and optimize monthly ad budgetsScale campaigns while maintaining profitable cost per lead (CPL) and cost per acquisition (CPA)Allocate budgets across branches based on demand and capacity

Creative Strategy & Content ProductionBuild and manage a high-output content engineDevelop weekly ad creatives including:Video ads (testimonials, before/after, educational, offers)Static ads and landing creativesContinuously test hooks, messaging, and formats to improve performance

3.

Offer DevelopmentDesign compelling, conversion-focused offers:Packages, bundles, seasonal campaignsCollaborate with operations team to align offers with capacity and pricing strategy

4.

Funnel OptimizationOptimize the full acquisition funnel:Ad → Lead → Booking → VisitImprove lead quality and conversion ratesCoordinate with call center and branch teams to ensure fast response and proper follow-up

5.

Data Analysis & ReportingTrack and report on:Leads per branchCost per lead (CPL)Cost per acquisition (CPA)Return on ad spend (ROAS)Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective actionRun structured A/B tests and scale winning strategies
