About this Job :New Plan Developments is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives across digital platforms.

This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and enhancing online engagement for our real estate offerings.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience in real estate marketing. key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to real estate campaignsManage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to optimize ROI and lead generationCoordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality, follow-up efficiency, and ROI tracking.Analyze campaign performance, prepare regular reports, and continuously optimize results.Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to guide decision-makingCollaborate with sales and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goalsMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunitiesSupervise content creation (visuals, videos, copywriting) relevant to real estate projects.
