Job Description
Develop digital marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.Create integrated plans with PR & Fundraising teams to cover announcements and campaigns.Plan and lead digital campaigns for different business units.Define campaign objectives, strategic targets, KPIs, and tone of voice.Execution & Monitoring:Ensure effective execution of all digital plans and campaigns within timelines and budgets.Monitor performance across all digital channels and ensure targets are achieved.Coordinate awareness campaigns with internal teams and external partners.Follow up on published content, measure impact, and optimize performance.Oversee content quality and ensure continuous improvement.Set and achieve KPIs for the digital marketing team.Reporting:Prepare periodic performance and impact reports.Create reports for partnerships, collaborations, and awareness campaigns.Analyze digital channel performance and propose improvement plans.Report on marketing and branding impact across all digital platforms.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Team Leader.Previous experience in NGOs is preferred.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.Strong leadership, planning, and follow-up skills.Excellent writing skills.
