Job purposeThe role is responsible for activating new users through our activation points and raising awareness about the company’s products and services.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, results-driven, and enjoys interacting with customers.Role and ResponsibilitiesRepresent the company professionally at activation points and promotional locations.Achieve daily and weekly activation targets while maintaining high-quality service.Activate user accounts quickly and accurately.Promote and explain the company’s products to potential users.Support customer requests and make basic adjustments when needed.Work location: Circle K, Merchants (Dubai Phone, Dream 2000), MallsRotational 8 Hours, Rotational Work Locations, Rotational HolidaysAdditional Salaries: KPIs and Commission
Qualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any relevant field.0–1 year of experience in sales.Strong drive for achieving resultsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.Previous customer service experience is a plus.
