Distribution Supervisor

Supervise daily distribution activities according to approved delivery routes and schedules.Ensure accurate loading and delivery of products while verifying quantities and invoices.Monitor on-time delivery performance and achieve required coverage targets.Manage drivers, distribution representatives, and loading staff to ensure smooth operations.Coordinate with warehouses to ensure order readiness and smooth dispatch operations.Follow up on client returns and damaged products.Lead and manage drivers, distribution representatives, and loading staff.Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and maintain discipline and productivity.Resolve operational issues during field operations promptly and efficiently.Prepare daily and weekly reports related to distribution activities and operational challenges.Recommend solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.Ensure compliance with food safety standards during transportation and storage.Monitor vehicle cleanliness and transportation equipment condition.Coordinate closely with Sales and Warehouse departments.Support in resolving client complaints related to distribution and delivery delays.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in distribution or logistics operations, preferably within FMCG.Previous experience managing vehicle distribution operations is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of distribution planning and route optimization.Good understanding of food safety, storage, and transportation procedures.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably Odoo system.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and achieve daily operational targets.Highly organized with strong follow-up and reporting skills.
