Job Description
1.
Product Content Creation & Optimization
- Manage the full product content lifecycle — writing, uploading, and maintaining accurate and compelling titles, descriptions, and attributes.
- Ensure consistency in tone, accuracy, and quality of all product listings across the Spinneys App, Website, and aggregator platforms (Talabat, Instashop, etc.).
- Collaborate with category and commercial teams to prioritize new item uploads and updates.
- Optimize product content for search visibility (SEO/ASO) and conversion — improving discoverability and engagement.
2.
Visual Content & Merchandising
- Coordinate with design and photography teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals for all products and campaigns.
- Manage the placement and tagging of visuals, banners, and in-app hero tiles to support commercial priorities.
- Refresh homepage and category banners based on seasonality, campaigns, and marketing pushes.
3.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the Commercial, Performance Marketing, and Aggregator teams to align content with promotional calendars and campaign briefs.
- Ensure product data accuracy across systems (ERP, Magento, Aggregators) in coordination with the tech and data teams.
- Support the launch of new categories, promotions, and seasonal campaigns through timely content updates.
4.
Quality Assurance & Performance Tracking
- Regularly audit product listings to identify missing, duplicated, or inaccurate content.
- Monitor content performance metrics (CTR, conversion, bounce rate) and suggest optimizations.
- Ensure brand tone and messaging consistency across all e-commerce content touchpoints.
5.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on content trends, UX best practices, and competitor benchmarks to continuously enhance digital merchandising quality.
- Proactively recommend new content formats (e.g., videos, how-to visuals, feature highlights) to elevate the shopping experience.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Previous Experience in Retail is a must
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify market trends
- Experience in e-commerce platforms and online sales management
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales strategies and knowledge of retail operations
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
