Job Description
Job PurposeWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join Albetar Store.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product data across our ERP system, website, and e-commerce platforms while ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and update product listings on the company website and e-commerce marketplaces.
- Enter and maintain accurate product specifications, pricing, stock levels, and descriptions.
- Review product data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to update product information.
- Prepare Excel sheets and reports as requested.
- Maintain organized product databases and documentation.
- Identify and report data inconsistencies.
- Ensure timely updates for newly arrived products.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry or E-commerce Operations.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Previous experience in an IT, Computer, Electronics, or E-commerce company is highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware specifications (CPU, RAM, SSD, GPU, etc.) is a strong advantage.

- 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry or E-commerce Operations.
