E- Commerce Data Entry Specialist

Job PurposeWe are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join Albetar Store.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate product data across our ERP system, website, and e-commerce platforms while ensuring speed, accuracy, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings on the company website and e-commerce marketplaces.
• Enter and maintain accurate product specifications, pricing, stock levels, and descriptions.
• Review product data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams to update product information.
• Prepare Excel sheets and reports as requested.
• Maintain organized product databases and documentation.
• Identify and report data inconsistencies.
• Ensure timely updates for newly arrived products.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in Data Entry or E-commerce Operations.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in an IT, Computer, Electronics, or E-commerce company is highly preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware specifications (CPU, RAM, SSD, GPU, etc.) is a strong advantage.
