E-commerce Product Manager & Fashion Designer

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive professional to manage our online clothing platform products while also contributing to product design, sourcing, and operational coordination.This role combines e-commerce management, fashion insight, and supply coordination, where you will oversee the full lifecycle of products — from idea and design to production and listing on the platform.

Key Responsibilities E-commerce Product ManagementUpload and manage products on the platformWrite clear, compelling product titles and descriptionsEdit and enhance product images (cropping, retouching, mockups)Ensure accuracy of product data (sizes, colors, pricing, inventory)Organize and categorize products efficientlyOptimize listings for SEO and platform performanceMonitor product performance and recommend improvementsProduct Selection & DesignDesign clothing items (e.g., t-shirts, hoodies, suits, dresses collections)Research and analyze current fashion trends and market demandSelect and curate products suitable for the platform audiencePropose new product ideas and collections regularlyCoordinate colors, styles, and materials aligned with platform standardsFactory Communication & OperationsCommunicate directly with factories and suppliersRequest and compare quotations (pricing, MOQs, timelines)Negotiate basic terms and ensure cost efficiencyCoordinate sampling, revisions, and approvalsOrganize production timelines and follow up on ordersEnsure product quality meets required standardsSupport logistics coordination when needed
