E-Commerce Senior Marketplace

Manage daily operations across all marketplace accounts.Create, update, and optimize product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and supply chain teams to prevent stock shortages.Track pricing and promotional activities while ensuring competitiveness in the market.Manage orders, returns, cancellations, and customer inquiries in accordance with marketplace SLAs.Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute marketplace campaigns and promotional events.Analyze sales performance, conversion rates, traffic, and profitability using marketplace analytics.Monitor marketplace KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sales and operational efficiency.Resolve listing issues, account health concerns, and marketplace policy violations.Work closely with Product, Commercial, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth operations.Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.Stay updated on marketplace policies, trends, and best practices.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in marketplace management or e-commerce operations.Experience working with platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Jumia, or similar marketplaces.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.Excellent English communication skills.
