Job Description
- Review electrical and ICT shop drawings, as-built drawings, design drawings, specifications, and material submittals.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, mechanical, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
- Review and prepare the load schedules, cable sizing, voltage drop, short-circuit, protection coordination, lighting, and earthing calculations.
- Coordinate MV/LV, lighting, power, CCTV, ACS, FA, PA/VA, BMS, structured cabling, and fiber optic systems.
- Review material submittals, technical datasheets and prepare the RFIs, and technical queries.
- Review and prepare the BOQs, verify quantities, identify missing items, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Resolve technical site issues and coordinate design modifications and red-mark drawings.
- Follow up on technical comments, approvals, and compliance with applicable standards and local authority requirements.
- Monitor drawing submissions, technical deliverables, priorities, and deadlines.
- Guide junior engineers, distribute tasks, and ensure the quality and timely delivery of technical office deliverables.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 8-10 years of proven experiencein a professional engineering capacity, specifically within Electrical and ICT domains.
- Expertise in Engineering and Electrical Engineeringis essential to navigate the complexities of our large-scale projects.
- Advanced proficiencyin tools and methodologies such asAutoCAD, ICT Infrastructure design, and Low Voltage Systems.
- Strong backgroundinTelecommunications and Network Designto support integrated smart building solutions.
- Exceptional Technical LeadershipandProject Managementskills to guide teams and manage resources effectively.
- Experienced career levelwith a track record of delivering high-quality results in an on-site environment.
