Job Description

Job PurposeThe Internal Communication & Employer Branding lead is responsible for developing and executing strategic communication and branding initiatives that enhance employee engagement, align internal messaging with organizational values, and position the company as an employer of choice.

The role bridges communication between leadership and employees, strengthens culture, and ensures a compelling and consistent employer brand both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

1.

Internal Communication Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with business and HR priorities.Plan and manage internal campaigns, announcements, and messaging that foster transparency, trust, and engagement.Partner with leadership to craft messaging for key initiatives, change management, and cultural alignment.Manage communication channels such as newsletters, intranet, emails, videos, and town halls.Support crisis and change communication planning and delivery.

Leadership & Stakeholder Communication SupportAdvise senior leaders on effective internal communication practices.Create presentation decks, talking points, and messaging toolkits for leaders and managers.Ensure consistency of tone, message, and brand across all internal materials.

Employer Branding DevelopmentDefine and implement the employer value proposition (EVP) in collaboration with HR and Marketing.Develop and manage campaigns that promote the company’s culture, values, and work environment.Manage social media, careers site content, and digital presence to reflect employer brand positioning.Partner with Talent Acquisition to integrate branding into recruitment marketing initiatives.

Engagement & Culture CampaignsLead campaigns related to employee engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and DEI initiatives.Collaborate with HR to launch initiatives that enhance employee experience and sense of belonging.Gather employee feedback and use data to continuously improve communication and engagement.

Content Development & Channel ManagementDevelop and curate content for internal platforms: intranet, newsletters, video series, blogs, etc.Manage editorial calendar and maintain consistent cadence of content across platforms.Measure effectiveness and engagement through analytics and employee feedback.

Employer Brand Events & PartnershipsOrganize or support internal events such as onboarding, town halls, employee spotlights, and cultural celebrations.Represent the employer brand at career fairs, networking events, and industry panels.Build relationships with universities, employer review platforms, and HR branding vendors.Assist in developing and executing internal communication plans during crisis situations to ensure timely and accurate information delivery.

Crisis Communication:Prepare and manage internal communication responses to unforeseen events, ensuring employees are well-informed and supported.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field.5–7 years of experience in internal communication, employer branding, or corporate communications.Strong copywriting, storytelling, and campaign management skills.Solid understanding of employee engagement strategies, EVP, and digital branding.Proficient in digital communication tools (e.g., intranet, CMS, video tools, email marketing platforms).Experience managing content across multiple channels including LinkedIn and employer review platforms.Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership abilities.
