Job Description
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned export customers and distributors.
- Receive and process customer purchase orders and ensure accurate order details.
- Follow up on order status, production, availability, and shipment schedules.
- Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate order confirmations, shipment updates, delays, and changes to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, claims, and requests professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with the Export team regarding shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, certificates of analysis, and other required documents.
- Ensure customer requirements and country-specific documentation requirements are clearly communicated to internal teams.
- Follow up on shipment arrangements and provide customers with relevant shipping information and updates.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of export quotations and commercial requirements when needed.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding payments, outstanding balances, credit issues, and payment terms.
- Maintain accurate customer records, orders, correspondence, and shipment information.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5years of experience in Export Customer Service, Export Operations, Sales Coordination, or a related role.
- Experience in FMCG or an international trading environment is preferred.
- Good understanding of export processes and international customer requirements.
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
