Job Description

  • Market development:Identify priority export markets, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Sales execution:Build pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts.
  • Supply chain coordination:Plan production allocation, manage cold‑chain shipments, and resolve transit issues.
  • Regulatory management:Prepare export documentation, certificates of origin, sanitary/phytosanitary paperwork, and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.

  • Commercial skills:Proven track record in B2B export sales, distributor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Compliance:Familiarity with export documentation, international food safety standards, and customs procedures.
  • Languages:Fluent English; additional languages (French, Spanish) are a strong advantage depending on target markets.
  • Soft skills:Strong communication, problem-solving, resilience under pressure, and ability to travel internationally.
