- Market development:Identify priority export markets, distributors, and channel partners.
- Sales execution:Build pipelines, negotiate commercial terms, and close contracts.
- Supply chain coordination:Plan production allocation, manage cold‑chain shipments, and resolve transit issues.
- Regulatory management:Prepare export documentation, certificates of origin, sanitary/phytosanitary paperwork, and ensure compliance with buyer requirements.
- Cross‑functional collaboration:Work closely with R&D, QA, production, and finance to ensure product specs, shelf life, and pricing align with market needs.
- Reporting:Track KPIs, forecast demand, and report on sales performance and margins.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Experience:10+ years in export sales and logistics for frozen foods, IQF products, or FMCG; leadership experience for a managerial role.
- Technical knowledge:Understanding of cold‑chain logistics, temperature control, shelf life, and IQF product handling.
- Commercial skills:Proven track record in B2B export sales, distributor management, and contract negotiation.
- Compliance:Familiarity with export documentation, international food safety standards, and customs procedures.
- Languages:Fluent English; additional languages (French, Spanish) are a strong advantage depending on target markets.
- Soft skills:Strong communication, problem-solving, resilience under pressure, and ability to travel internationally.
