Job Description
- Supervise the daily operations of the Security team.
- Ensure adequate security coverage across all hospital areas.
- Monitor incident reports and ensure timely corrective actions.
- Coordinate emergency responses with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with hospital security policies.
- Supervise housekeeping activities to ensure cleanliness throughout the hospital.
- Ensure compliance with Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of patient rooms and public areas.
- Monitor cleaning schedules and staff performance.
- Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Supervise laundry operations and ensure timely collection and distribution of linen.
- Monitor linen inventory and minimize losses.
- Ensure proper segregation and handling of contaminated linen.
- Coordinate with clinical departments regarding linen requirements.
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards.
- Prepare monthly reports and operational KPIs.
- Conduct staff performance evaluations.
- Train and coach support services staff.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, HR, Nursing, and other departments.
- Investigate complaints related to support services.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and accreditation standards (GAHAR/JCI).
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Support Services, Housekeeping, Security, or Facilities Management.
- At least 2 years in a supervisory position.
- Previous hospital experience is a Must.
