Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing, operations management, or a related discipline.
- A master's degree in business administration is preferred.
- Minimum10 yearsof manufacturing experience.
- Minimum5 yearsin a senior management or general manager role.
- Experience managing multiple operational departments.
