Job Description
Euro Motors Hub is hiring Tele Sales Specialists (Work From Home) to handle customer inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert them into successful deals.This is a performance-based role where your main responsibility is to communicate with potential clients, understand their needs, and guide them through the process of importing cars or purchasing spare parts.
Responsibilities:- Contact and follow up with leads daily- Handle customer inquiries through calls and messages- Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions- Handle objections and build trust with clients- Update and manage leads through CRM system- Maintain consistent follow-up until closing the deal- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets Work Conditions:- Remote (Work From Home)- Working days: Monday to Friday- Working hours: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM- Saturday & Sunday: Off- Fixed salary + commission based on performance
- Good communication and persuasion skills- Strong ability to follow up and close deals- Ability to work independently and stay disciplined- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment- Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / CRM is a plus)- Previous telesales experience is a plus- Automotive interest is a plus
