Job Description
- Visit different areas daily to identify and approach potential merchants and businesses.
- Introduce our company and explain the benefits of partnering with us.
- Acquire new merchants and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Explore new business opportunities and identify potential areas for expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants.
- Follow up with potential partners and convert leads into successful partnerships.
- Collect the required merchant information and documentation.
- Report daily visits, new leads, and sales progress to the supervisor.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new merchants.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field; equivalent qualifications may also be considered.
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, with previous experience in outdoor sales.
- Strong motivation, a proactive attitude, and a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales, client acquisition, and user activation goals.
- Good organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel to different business locations as required.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
