Job Description
- Map the full territory and build qualified lead lists (cosmetics/perfume shops, salons, pharmacies, spas)- Pitch and onboard new outlets onto the Mazaya B2B app, coaching first orders with strong baskets- Own daily routing, visit plans, and accountability for your 3-person team- Run joint field visits to coach pitch quality and close coverage gaps- Gather market intelligence — competitor pricing, supplier landscape, and reasons vendors resist onboarding- Take on the harder accounts yourself and lead by example
- 4-5 years in field sales (B2B commerce or FMCG distribution) in Egypt- 1+ year in a team lead or supervisory role- Experience with a B2B/digital distribution platform strongly preferred (Cartona, Maksab, Taager, Capiter, Fatoora, or similar)- Proven track record hitting personal sales targets while managing a team- Sharp, analytical, and organised — comfortable with CRM and structured reporting- Own transport and willingness to be in the field daily
