Job Description
- Support the execution of site activities according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Follow up on daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to the project schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and other site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor the quality of finishing and fit-out works and report any issues or deviations.
- Review drawings and ensure proper implementation on site.
- Monitor materials, manpower, and site requirements for assigned activities.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to the direct manager.
- Ensure work is carried out in accordance with quality and safety requirements.
- Identify site problems and coordinate with the concerned teams to support timely resolution.
- Assist in monitoring project progress, quantities, and completed works.
- Ensure proper documentation of site activities and completed works.
- Support the project team in achieving project time, quality, and cost objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Architecture.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in construction, finishing, or fit-out projects.
- Basic knowledge of site execution, finishing works, and construction drawings.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle multiple site activities.
- Basic knowledge of quality and safety requirements on site.
