You will ensure seamless order execution, manage documentation, and support our import and export operations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:Order Processing & Tracking: Manage incoming and outgoing sales orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules.Logistics & Documentation: Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal supply chain teams to prepare shipping documents, customs paperwork, and certificates of analysis.Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, and providing timely order updates.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure the timely availability of key chemical productsMarket Research & Reporting: Assist the sales team in analyzing market trends, tracking shipments, and generating regular sales reports.

Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or import/export operations, preferably within the chemical or commodity trading industry.Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal), excellent attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic is required; additional languages are an asset.Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
