Fresh Real Estate Sales Agent.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Fresh Real Estate Sales Agent.Support clients throughout the property search and purchase process.Present suitable projects, explain features, and answer client inquiries.Meet with potential buyers and conduct property tours.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available developments.Follow up with clients to build long-term relationships.Coordinate with internal teams and developers to secure offers.Prepare basic documentation.Update sales records and CRM systems.Meet sales targets.Adhere to company standards.Actively contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Candidates should possess foundational skills in Real Estate Sales and general Sales to engage clients and close deals effectively.Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Estate markets and trends, with a strong interest in properties in Egypt and the Middle East.Candidates should possess or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License as required by local regulations.Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear communication, and client-focused problem solving.Candidates should possess good negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Real Estate) is an advantage but not mandatory for strong entry-level candidates.Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, along with fluency in Arabic and good command of English, is beneficial.Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, high ethical standards, and a professional appearance and demeanor are expected.
