Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and agile Pattern Maker to join our production team in Beirut, Lebanon.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, adjusting, and grading patterns for uniform garments, ensuring accuracy, fit, and manufacturability, while working closely with the design and production teams to bring specifications to life efficiently and on schedule.
Develop and draft patterns from design sketches, technical specs, or existing garments, using both manual and digital pattern-making systems.Digitize, grade, and print patterns accurately across multiple sizes and styles.Review client orders and design requirements to ensure patterns meet specifications before production begins.Collaborate closely with the design team to translate concepts into wearable, production-ready patterns.Coordinate with the cutting and sewing departments to test pattern fit and troubleshoot construction issues.Make timely adjustments and corrections to patterns based on fit sessions and sample feedback.Maintain organized records of pattern files, specs, and revisions for each order.Plan pattern layouts to ensure efficient use of fabric and minimize material waste.Stay current with pattern-making software and printing/plotting systems to improve speed and accuracy.
