Your expertise in follow-up, planning, and production coordination will be essential in driving our success.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive follow-up strategies to monitor production progress.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between planning, production, and quality control.Identify and resolve potential delays or issues in the production process.Contribute to the development and implementation of manufacturing process improvements.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.Maintain accurate records and documentation of production activities.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.On-site: This position is based on-site in Fayoum, Egypt.

5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.Proven expertise in follow-up, planning, and production coordination.Strong understanding of readymade Garment manufacturing processes and quality control principles.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in production scheduling software and other relevant tools.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.Strong organizational and time management skills.
