Job Description
- Lead the overall operations of the concentrates and IQF business, ensuring achievement of strategic objectives, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute annual business plans, production strategies, budgets, and capacity expansion plans aligned with market demand and company objectives.
- Take full responsibility for the business’s financial performance, including revenue, operating costs, gross margins, profitability, and budget control.
- Align agricultural sourcing, seasonal processing capacity, production planning, and inventory strategy to maximize crop utilization and minimize seasonal losses.
- Oversee Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Utilities through departmental heads, ensuring operational efficiency and accountability.
- Coordinate with Sales and Export teams to align product mix, production capacity, customer requirements, pricing strategies, and delivery commitments.
- Evaluate and lead capital expenditure projects, technology upgrades, and capacity expansion initiatives to improve competitiveness and return on investment.
- Ensure company-wide compliance with food safety regulations, international export requirements, customer standards, and applicable certifications.
- Build and develop a high-performing management team, establish clear accountability, evaluate departmental performance, and develop succession plans.
- Establish strategic KPIs, review financial and operational performance, manage business risks, and implement initiatives to improve productivity, cost efficiency, and long-term competitiveness.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Minimum20years of total professional experience.
- Minimum5years of experience as a General Manager.
- Age50years or older.
- Strong, proven experience in manufacturing fruit and vegetable concentrates and IQF frozen fruits and vegetables.
- Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and operational excellence skills.
- Company car with driver or transportation allowance, based on the candidate’s preference.
