Job Description

  • Position:German Operations Support Associate (Voice & Non-Voice)Location:Cairo, Egypt (WFO)
  • Roles are Cairo-based, Work from Office Location will be confirmed after selection
  • Shifts will be in between 8:00 to 20:00 CET (Mon – Fri).

Working hours will follow the CET time zone with the European weekend pattern (Saturday & Sunday off).

  • The tentative start date is in September.
  • Freshers with no experience will also be considered for this opportunity.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • German language proficiency:Minimum B2 level (CEFR)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in German
