Job Description
We are seeking a Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple businesses.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving campaign performance, and maximizing return on investment.
Responsibilities:Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.Implement GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.Work along side marketing team to develop strong output.Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.Optimize landing pages and improve conversion rates.Ensure compliance with Google Ads policies.Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns.Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console.Strong understanding of conversion tracking, keyword research, and campaign optimization.Excellent analytical and reporting skills.Experience with healthcare, professional services, or B2B campaigns is preferred.Google Ads certification is an advantage.
