Graphic Designer

Job Purpose:The Graphic Designer will support KODE Sports Club’s branding, marketing campaigns, and member engagement initiatives through creative visual content and digital marketing efforts.

This entry-level role is ideal for a creative, proactive individual eager to grow in the fields of design and marketing within a dynamic sports environment.

Key Responsibilities:Graphic DesignCreate visual content for social media platforms, website, in-house screens, printed materials, and campaigns.Ensure brand consistency across all visuals, following KODE’s branding guidelines.Assist with photo editing, video content preparation, and basic motion graphics.Marketing SupportAssist in executing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, email newsletters).Help track and report on campaign performance metrics.Support content scheduling and publishing on social media platforms.Collaboration & CommunicationWork closely with the marketing team, coaches, and other departments to gather content needs.Attend and cover events for live content creation and documentation.Contribute fresh creative ideas to promote programs, events, and club culture.

Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.0–1 year of relevant experience (internships or freelance work are acceptable).Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.Passion for sports, fitness, or wellness is a plus.
