Head of HR Business Partner & Talent Management
Job Description
Develop and lead the HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning & Development (L&D) functions across the organization.Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational performance.Oversee Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Leadership Development initiatives.Drive Performance Management and Organizational Development programs.Establish and maintain Competency Frameworks and career development pathways.Lead Employee Engagement initiatives and organizational culture enhancement.Monitor HR Business Partners'KPIs and analytics to support strategic decision-making.Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company standards.Coach and develop the HR Business Partner team to achieve business goals.
Bachelor's degree Business Administration, or a related field.Maximum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role within HR Business Partnering and Talent Management.Professional certifications are preferred, including:PHRStrong expertise in:Talent ManagementSuccession PlanningPerformance ManagementLearning & DevelopmentOrganizational DevelopmentEmployee EngagementCompetency FrameworksProven ability to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
