Job Description

  • Lead and mentora dedicated team, guiding them in best practices for health and safety management.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improveHealth, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven Experience:A robust5-10 years of progressive experiencein Health & Safety roles, with a demonstrable track record of leadership and impact within an operational setting.
  • Managerial Acumen:Significantmanagerial level experience, ideally within an Operations/Management context, showcasing your ability to lead teams and strategic initiatives.
  • Essential Skills:Expertise across a comprehensive suite of skills includingSafety, Health, and Safety and Environment (HSE).

This encompasses profound knowledge inRisk Management, OHS Compliance, Incident Management, Emergency Response Planning, Environmental Management Systems, Auditing, and Policy Development.

  • Leadership & Communication:Exceptionalleadership qualitieswith the ability to inspire, motivate, and effectively communicate complex safety information to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Prowess:Strong analytical skills to conduct thorough investigations, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions.
