Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Sales Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and place qualified sales professionals (e.g., Sales Executives, Account Managers, Wholesale Specialists).Targeted Sourcing: Actively headhunt passive talent through LinkedIn, local job boards, industry networks, and trade circles relevant to textiles, leather, or manufacturing.Candidate Evaluation: Design and execute structured interview processes, including sales role-plays or behavioral assessments, to test candidates' negotiation skills, resilience, and commercial drive.Pipeline Management: Maintain a steady pipeline of sales talent to quickly fulfill hiring needs as the business scales.Offer & Onboarding: Manage the offer negotiation process and coordinate initial onboarding to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into Makkah's sales culture.Market Insights: Stay updated on market compensation trends for sales roles to ensure our offers remain competitive.
