Aleading player in the F&B, catering, and social clubs sector, is looking for anHR & Employees Relations Specialistto join our growing HR team in[KM 18 Cairo

Experience:1–2 years
Preferred Background:Business Administration or related field
You'll be involved in all HR activities across the employee lifecycle, with a strong focus onPersonnel AdministrationandEmployee Relations.
- Support end-to-end HR operations: recruitment coordination, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Manage personnel administration, contracts, employee files, government relations (labor office, social/medical insurance).
- Handle employee relations: grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and engagement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data.
- Support attendance, leave tracking, and payroll input.
- Assist with performance management processes and cycles.
- Ensure compliance with labor law and internal HR policies.
- Coordinate internal HR communications and employee announcements.
- Support training and development coordination.
- Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR experience;
F&B, hospitality, or retail background is a plus.
- Solid understanding of labor law and personnel procedures is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Discretion in handling confidential employee information.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve under pressure.
