Responsibilities:Assist in the full lifecycle recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer management.Conduct initial screenings and interviews for both blue-collar and white-collar positions.Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract top-tier candidates.Coordinate interview schedules and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.Support HR initiatives and contribute to a positive candidate experience.Prepare recruitment reports and analyze key hiring metrics.

Skills & Technologies: You'll hone your expertise in Recruitment methodologies, Candidate Sourcing, and Interviewing techniques.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) will be a significant plus as you help streamline our processes.

Experience & Expertise:Experience From 6 Months To 1 years of proven experience in Human Resources, specifically in recruitment.Demonstrated ability in both Blue collar Recruitment and White collar Recruitment.Strong background in Candidate Sourcing and initial Interviewing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Essential Skills:Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal, in English and Arabic.Outstanding Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.Excellent Organizational Skills and a keen attention to detail.A proactive and results-oriented mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Career Level Expectations: This is an Entry Level position, perfect for ambitious individuals looking to establish a robust career in talent acquisition.
